Clover Patchwork Pins Fine 2507 – 0.4mm × 36mm, 100 pcs
A step finer than the standard Patchwork Pins — at 0.4mm diameter these are among the slimmest pins in the Clover line. The extra-fine shaft passes through fabric with almost no resistance, leaving virtually no mark, which makes them particularly useful for precise piecework on delicate fabrics and appliqué where even a 0.5mm pin can feel too heavy. Glass head is heat resistant, so you can press over them without removing the pins first. Comes in a closable case.

FAQ
What is the difference between these and standard Patchwork Pins (SKU 232)? Both are the same length at 36mm and have glass heads, but these are 0.4mm vs 0.5mm — a meaningful difference when working with fine or tightly woven fabrics. The finer shaft leaves less of a mark and glides through fabric more easily. For quilting cotton and general patchwork the standard 232 is fine; for delicate piecework or appliqué on finer fabrics, these are the better choice.
Can I use these for quilting through multiple layers? They'll work for lightweight quilt sandwiches, but the very fine shaft means less rigidity — for pinning through several dense layers the standard Patchwork Pins (SKU 232) or Quilting Pins will hold better.
