Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order,

nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DoStitch.com reserves the right at any time

after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity

you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards

DoStitch.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Diner's Club, JBL, Visa,

MasterCard, and Discover using Braintree merchant services. We also accept credit cards, e-checks

and Bank Transfers through PayPal. There is NO surcharge for using any credit card or PayPal to make purchases

with DoStitch.com. Please be sure the information you provide for shipping purposes is accurate.

Some banks require exact billing address and telephone number to match the shipping information that

you provide (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).

Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any US federal holiday except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by

DoStitch.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion

to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Domestic USA Orders

Orders that are $64.99 and under do not qualify for our 'Free Shipping' offer and will be subject to a S&H charge.

Orders of $65.00 and over will qualify for our 'Free Shipping' offer. We will select the shipping method for

orders sent using 'Free Shipping' and will notify the customer of what that method is upon processing the order.

Orders sent using US Post Office First Class Mail normally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders sent using

US Post Office Priority Mail normally take 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Orders sent using USPS Parcel Post

normally take 5 - 10 business days to arrive. ALL USPS domestic mail services include a tracking number.

International Orders

We gladly ship all of our products worldwide. International orders do NOT qualify for our "Free Shipping" offer.

Orders sent using US Post Office First Class International Mail normally take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. The US post

 office does not offer any tracking or insurance for mail sent using this service. Orders sent using

US Post Office Priority Mail International normally take 2 weeks to arrive. Priority mail does include a

tracking number and insurance is available. DoStitch.com reserves the right to combine or split

international shipments as needed in order to send orders the most economical way. 

Please be aware that many countries charge a customs handling fee and/or taxes.

Any fees associated with customs or tax are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Undelivered / Lost Mail

All orders shipped in the USA are sent with a tracking number. In the event that a domestic order

isn't delivered we will gladly contact the post office to investigate. DoStitch.com does not

offer a guarantee of arrival for any international mail. In the event of non-delivery or loss of an

international shipment by any postal service DoStitch.com will assist with communicating

with the US Post office and share all available information regarding the shipment. Based on the

shipment information available we reserve the right to decide an appropriate disposition of the matter.

USA Out of Stock Products

In the unlikely event a product is out-of-stock we will ship your product as it becomes available.

We will be sure to communicate this information to you and provide an estimated wait time.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

International Out of Stock Products

Due to high international shipping costs we may either cancel items or hold orders that have back

ordered product(s) until they can ship complete. We will be sure to communicate this information

 to you and provide an estimated wait time. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order

at the same time. DoStitch.com reserves the right to combine or split shipments as needed

to send orders the most economical way. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped

as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products

contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping

at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied

to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Taxes

DoStitch.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders

to be delivered to addresses within New Jersey. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible

for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns

Any items with defects in manufacturing, workmanship issues or missing parts will be referred to the manufacturer for a solution. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer is unable to help out we will exchange any products or provide the needed materials for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also exchange any unopened / new kit(s) from your order for another kit of equal value for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the fact that charts, books and color cards contain copyable content we don't offer any returns or exchanges for any of those items. Kits also contain copyable information therefore we do not accept back or exchange any opened / used kits. In order to initiate any type of return or exchange one must contact us for approval. DoStitch.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if we deem it appropriate. Any return / exchange sent to us without approval will not be accepted. If an item is returned due to no fault of ours then the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. The buyer will also be responsible for shipping fees (both ways) associated with any exchange that's done due to no fault of our own.

Misprints

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information

received from our suppliers, DoStitch.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for

product listed at the incorrect price. DoStitch.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders

whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already

been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DoStitch.com shall immediately issue a credit

to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
