Murano feels smoother under the needle than pure cotton evenweaves and holds its shape well in a hoop or scroll frame. Yellow (Golden Banana) adds a cheerful, sun-warmed glow to spring and summer designs — sunflower motifs, garden scenes, bee-themed samplers, and lemon-bright florals all come alive against this buttery base. It pairs naturally with greens and browns for a garden palette, while lavender and soft blue threads create a fresh, complementary contrast. If you plan to cross stitch over two threads, a size 26 or 28 tapestry needle is ideal for this count.
