Project Notes

Cross stitch on perforated plastic works the same way as on fabric — each stitch passes through a pre-punched hole. The flexible plastic is durable enough for everyday handling and won't crack if dropped. Once all stitching and beading is done, glue the felt to the back for a clean finish, then thread a cord or ribbon through the built-in loop at the top to hang. With only 6 floss colors plus metallics and beads, this is a quick project — the star shape keeps the stitching area compact. Hang it on a Christmas tree, door handle, window latch, or wall hook, or use it as a gift tag or stocking stuffer.
