Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unused, undamaged, and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

It must not show signs of use or handling (e.g., opened kits, used needles, removed labels).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain product types are not eligible for return, including:

Opened cross-stitch kits

Partially used or unwrapped embroidery floss or threads

Cut fabric (by custom length)

Any product that has been used or altered after delivery
We take hygiene, product integrity, and packaging quality seriously — especially with items like threads and textile-based kits.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot issue refunds for returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging or that do not meet our return criteria.
